  • Stallion Barn - $2,900 per month
  • Training Barn - $4,600 per month for one or $7,800 for two
  • Entire Farm (Broodmare Barn, Yearling Barn, two Training Barns, Stallion Barn, two Feeder Barns) - $19,500 per month
